check-in: 4pm – 6pm please let us know if you require an earlier check-in. we may be able to accommodate these on request and by prior arrangement and we can ensure that one of us is here to meet you. check-out: by 10am late check-outs may be possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement – usually out of season. can i hang around all day? as much as we love you, if you are staying more than one night we ask that you vacate by 10am. you will be provided with a key to the property, so you can come back later in the day should you need to, but as we are not a hotel, we will not be able to provide any services during this time. can i smoke? we will be sorry to hear that, but we understand that these things happen. for cancellations more than one month before your stay, your deposit will be refunded in full. for cancellations within four weeks of the start of your stay, 50% of your payment will be non-refundable. for cancellations within 7 days of arrival, any payment will not be refundable, and we reserve the right to charge for the whole of your booking should we be unable to re-let your room. we highly recommend taking out insurance against unforeseen cancellation. any refunds will be subject to a £5 administration fee. how do i find you? we are located just off the a894 which is on the north coast 500 at newton. coming from ullapool, once you see the turning to drumbeg on the left, we are a bit further along on the right hand side. look out for our stag’s head sign. it takes approximately 2 hours to drive from inverness and the quickest way is via ullapool. mainline train services operate to inverness. there is a bus service running from inverness to durness once a day during the main season and stops at the top the road to the kylesku hotel. the nearest airport is inverness. what else is in the area?
